Establishing the Team of the Project - December 2013
The Team Composed of ASP and CPRM  organisations will set up the national and cross-border working groups composed of Managers and Experts. Strategy of Communication and Visibility will be designed

Needs Assessment of the situation at all levels  - December 2013 - March 2014
A set of questionnaires for energy consumption in household and local bossiness will gather relevant information. Formal meetings with local representatives, media, CSOs, community and wider public to present the project.

Kick-off meeting, Pogradec - April 2014
Kick-off meeting of the project with all local stakeholders that will be part of the process and presentation of Need Assessments results.

Increasing capacities of local stakeholders: - April - October 2014
Four trainings with local stakeholders on Energy issue to increase their capacities and aware them on the necessity to promote Energy Efficiency strategies both at local level. Two regional workshops will be organised to share experiences among all stakeholders, invited experts in the field from both countries

Establishing Local Platforms for Actions - October 2014 - January 2015
Four Actions Plans will be prepared for the local governments to follow with experts in the field; In addition, a regional Action Plan will ensure a structure for dialogue and Energy Efficiency implementation grounds.

Organising a Regional Conference in Korçë - December 2014
The regional Conference will bring together national representatives, parliamentarians, besides local stakeholders to prepare the grounds to further the Local and Regional Platforms for Actions, a prerequisite to a long term dialogue among all local stakeholders.

Preparing and Organising a Regional Fair in Bitola - May 2015
The Regional Fair to exhibit concrete products and success stories of Energy Efficiency utilization and its benefits. APS and CPRM together with its partners and associates will coordinate and ensure the participation of all stakeholders and media coverage across borders.
